# Google Cloud Platform `gcloud`

The [Google Cloud CLI](https://cloud.google.com/sdk/gcloud) is a set of tools to create and manage [Google Cloud](https://cloud.google.com) resources. You can use these tools to perform many common platform tasks from the command line or through scripts and other automation.
|
|
|
|
The `gcloud` section shows active Google Cloud Platform configuration using `gcloud` active configuration file.
|
|
|
|
## Options
|
|

| `SPACESHIP_GCLOUD_SUFFIX` | `$SPACESHIP_PROMPT_DEFAULT_SUFFIX` | Section's suffix |
|
|
| `SPACESHIP_GCLOUD_SYMBOL` | `☁️·` | Symbol displayed before the section |
|
|
| `SPACESHIP_GCLOUD_COLOR` | `26` | Sections's color |
|
