feat: add base64 format #4
This commit adds the option to output base64. Note that this converts
numbers to base64, not strings. formatting 65 will output "QQ==", the
same as using 'echo -ne "A" | base64' would (A is 65 in ASCII).

numf

numf is a number formatter. It formats the numbers provided to it.

Current formats are:

  • Hexadecimal
  • Binary
  • Octal
  • Decimal

numf also has the option of prepending a prefix for each format, such as 0x for hexadecimal.

Example

$ numf -xp 1337 505 0xaabb
0x539
0x1F9
0xAABB
