v0.2.0-alpha.2 has ~250 deps, this is too much for a simple tui clock. We can probably set some feature flags to get rid of some

A lot of deps come from reexports in libpt-cli

This will be addressed in the next minor version of libpt-cli: PlexSheep/pt#93
